The pre-export financing credit facility constitutes a short-term working capital instrument engineered specifically to fund the execution phase of an international trade contract. Within this framework, the enterprise is enabled to execute both the primary financing and the retrospective refinancing of operational expenditures incurred by the exporter in direct relation to the performance of the export contract.

To qualify for the disbursement of this capital expenditure framework, the borrower is contractually required to secure a repayment guarantee from the Export Credit Insurance Corporation (KUKE S.A.), providing indemnity for up to eighty percent of the aggregate credit facility volume.

The underwriting criteria and deployment guidelines for this credit facility are structured as follows:

  • Eligible Entities: Restricted to corporate entities legally registered within the Republic of Poland;
  • Maximum Facility Term: A maturity profile not exceeding a strict duration of two years;
  • Pricing Matrix: Executed under bespoke commercial pricing structures and financial parameters, determined dynamically in strict accordance with the transaction's specific risk profile;
  • Minimum Capital Volume: The baseline financing quantum is established at PLN 2 million, subject to variation contingent upon individual transactional characteristics.

Application Path

Schedule a formal assembly at a regional branch of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) or directly with senior officers of the Foreign Expansion Bureau.

  • The formalised scope, covenants and subject matter of the underlying export contract;
  • Granular cash-flow projections derived specifically from the execution of said export contract.
