Documentary Letters of Credit facilitate the settlement of both international and domestic commercial contracts. The issuance of a letter of credit constitutes an irrevocable commitment by the buyer’s bank to execute payment to the supplier, strictly conditional upon the presentation of documents that comply fully with the stipulated terms and conditions.
Within Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), the following facilities are provided:
- Confirmation of Letters of Credit: Adding our confirmation to existing instruments;
- Provision of Buyer Financing: Extending liquidity based on a documentary letter of credit through:
