She has been active in the investment market for 13 years. In recent years, she served as Investment Director at PFR Ventures (2018–2025).

Rozalia Urbanek has served on the Management Board of PFR Ventures since June 2025, initially as Board Member responsible for Investments and subsequently as Acting President of the Management Board. Effective 1 June 2026, she was appointed President of the Management Board of PFR Ventures.Prior to that, she worked at the private equity fund PineBridge Investments and at Ernst & Young. She holds a Master's degree in Finance from SGH and completed the CEMS Master’s in Management at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business)
